Peak Strength 30-Day Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Peak Strength. You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Starting a return

Before sending anything back, email us at peakstrength.help@gmail.com or use our contact form at https://peakstrength.store/pages/contact. Include your order number and the reason for the return. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return eligibility

You may carefully test the product. It must be returned with all parts, accessories, and packaging that were included, and it must not have damage beyond what would reasonably occur while testing it. Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Peak Strength will cover the approved return or replacement shipping cost. For returns caused by preference, fit, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at peakstrength.help@gmail.com and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate replacement or refund.

Cancellations and address changes

Orders may be canceled or have their shipping address changed only before fulfillment begins. Contact us immediately. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled or redirected.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return. After the return is approved, place a separate order for the replacement item. If the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us so we can help directly.

Exceptions

Gift cards and products clearly marked as final sale cannot be returned. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable law. The product must be returned with all included parts and proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect the return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact peakstrength.help@gmail.com.
