I love these because I can still lift heavy without destroying my nails or my grip. They feel secure and comfortable
Jason M Customer review
I used to lose my grip before my back was even tired. These Gym Grips helped me stay locked in on rows and pulldowns way longer.

What are Gym Grips used for?

Gym Grips are made to help support your grip during pulling exercises like rows, pulldowns, shrugs, and deadlift movements. They help you focus more on the muscle you’re training instead of your hands giving out first.

How are Gym Grips different from regular lifting straps?

Regular straps wrap around the bar. Gym Grips sit between your palm and the handle: place them in your hand, close your fingers normally, and lift without wrapping straps.

Can Gym Grips help me lift heavier?

Yes, they can help reduce grip fatigue so you can hold onto heavier weight more securely. They do not make you stronger by themselves, but they help stop your grip from being the limiting factor

Do Gym Grips help prevent calluses?

They can help reduce friction and pressure on your hands, which may help lower the chance of rough calluses. You may still get some hand wear from training, but Gym Grips make lifting more comfortable

How Gym Grips work

Three steps. Every pull.

Fast setup, a secure hold, and no complicated wrapping between sets.

Place Gym Grips in your palm
01

Place in your palm

Rest the grip naturally across your hand with the textured side facing the bar.

Grip the bar normally
02

Grip the handle

Close your fingers normally. The grip locks between your palm and the bar.

Lift with Gym Grips
03

Finish the set

Row, pull, hinge, or hold while your target muscles do the work.

The hidden limit in your workouts

Your muscles still have more. Your hands end the set.

When your grip slips first, your back, legs, or shoulders never reach their full working set.

Friction, pressure, and rough calluses can distract you from the movement you are training.

A more secure hold helps you focus on control, form, and the muscle—not the bar slipping.

Questions, answered

Know exactly what to expect.

What are Gym Grips?

Compact lifting grips that sit between your palm and the handle to improve comfort, reduce slipping, and support your hold during pulling exercises.

Will they make my natural grip weaker?

No. You still hold and control the weight. The grips reduce slipping, friction, and uncomfortable pressure that can cut a set short.

Will they fit my hands?

The flexible design sits naturally in the palm and works across a wide range of hand sizes.

Which exercises work best?

Rows, RDLs, pulldowns, dumbbells, cable exercises, shrugs, pull-ups, and other movements where your hold gives out first.

How do I clean them?

Rinse with warm water and mild soap, then air dry before returning them to the storage case.

What if they are not right for me?

Your order is covered by Peak Strength's 30-day return policy. Contact our support team and we will help make it right.
